| 1. Interpretation of the rules are up to the Tournament Director. |
| 2. All Decision by Tournament Director are Final. |
| 3. All Protests Must Be in Writing, No later than 15 minutes of the Scales Closing. |
| 4. Five Fish Limit. |
| 5. 12 Inch Size Limit Except April - May14 Inch Limit/
Kerr 14 Inch Limit |
| 6. Life Jackets Must be Worn While Gas Motor is Running. |
| 7. No Live Bait. |
| 8. 8oz. Penalty for Every Dead Fish. |
| 9. A Short Fish will Result in the Loss of that Fish and your Big Fish. |
| 10. No Alcohol Will Be Tolerated During Tournament Hours. |
| 11. You Must Fish from Within your own Boat During The Competition. |
| 12. If you Break Down, you can Bring your Fish in on Another Boat. |
| 13. You Must have some form of Aerated live well or Cooler to keep Fish Alive. |
| If you do not Check in on Time, you will be Disqualified |
| Refund Policy
Withdrawal from an upcoming tournament can be accomplished anytime before 6:00 p.m Saturday week prior to the scheduled tournament event. by contacting Wayne or Kim Andrews at Castaway Sporting Goods at 804-706-9100. There will be a $25.00 fee for all withdraws and transfers. No withdrawals or transfers may be accomplished after 6:00 p.m. Saturday week prior to the scheduled tournament. Entry Fee for James River Tournaments $90.00 includes Big Fish. Entry Fee for Kerr Lake $100.00 includes Big Fish. Late Registration Policy
A $15.00 late fee will be applied to all entries
received after 6:00 pm, Saturday week prior to the scheduled
tournament event.
